Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Larroudé shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Larroudé box and secure them inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
